The IQR model — scored at the median
A test bench for the IQR approach. For every metric the target sits at the estate median — hit the median and you score 50. The floor and ceiling are the IQR outlier fences (Q1 − 1.5×IQR and Q3 + 1.5×IQR), so only genuine outliers hit 0 or 100 and the middle of the team spreads across the range.
