Productivity (£/hr) — one truth vs. the hour bases
The revenue is identical in every column — only the hours denominator changes. The canonical uses FOH service-window hours (rotaready_shifts, 12:00–22:00, front-of-house roles). ASPH estimate is what the dashboard "£/hr" shows today (estimated hours from pay). Total paid divides by every paid hour. Pick the basis that reflects the productivity you actually want to manage.

Reading it — FOH-hours gives the highest £/hr (fewest hours in the denominator: front-of-house, service window only). Total-paid gives the lowest (every paid hour, back-of-house included). The right canonical is the one whose definition matches how you coach the team. Once chosen, every surface reads that one number.
