Hours now come from real shifts — here's the check
Hours (rota) is now each person's
actual shift time from Rotaready (start→end), the same accurate source the pub-level figure uses.
Pay-hrs is the old method (from the pay feed's
hours_paid, which is frequently
zero — that's what made figures like £357/hr: full sales ÷ too-few hours). Where
Pay-hrs is far below Hours (rota) you'll see a
pay-undercount flag — that's the bug this fixes.
Sale days vs shift hours is a quick sanity check. £/hr = Revenue ÷ Hours (rota). This stays a
reference figure, never scored (Lee's v4).
