How far back each person's attributed till sales reach. A long-serving member whose history starts recently almost always means Access reassigned or re-issued their clerk number — their older sales are under a clerk id that isn't mapped to them, which shortens both their Score Trend and their live score window. Rows flagged check have lots of mains but a short history. Fix them in Clerk Mapping, then the trend rebuilds automatically.
